Virgin Mary statue publicly honored in Manhattan; smashed on the streets of Rome

On the same afternoon of Saturday, October 15, Our Blessed Mother was the object of two very different types of attention all over the world.

In New York City (Manhattan), TFP-America Needs Fatima carried the Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Our Lady of Fatima down 5th Ave., where she was honored and venerated by many.  At the same time, all across America and the world there were 7515 rosary rallies to honor Our Lady and to echo her Fatima message of prayer and penance.

In Rome, a group of anarchists (the Italian version of the Wall Street Occupiers)  entered the church of Santi Marcellino and Pietro, grabbed a statue of Our Lady, smashed it on the street, kicked it, while shouting and laughing.

The contrast between the manner in which Our Lady was treated at the 7515 rosary rallies worldwide and the way she was treated by the anarchists in Italy is telling.

Two ways of treating Our Lady; two paths for the future – which way will the world take?  One leads to conversion and peace.  The other leads to chaos and chastisement.

Please join TFP-America Needs Fatima in doing an act of reparation for this terrible sacrilege and blasphemy that took place on the streets of Rome.

Also, please remember that one excellent way of doing reparation is to spread the Fatima message in your community.

Please consider doing a monthly rosary rally in your town square.
