South Sudan: Catholic radio shut down by government

A Catholic radio station in South Sudan has been shut down, and its news editor arrested, the Fides news service reports.

Radio Bakhita, operated by the Archdiocese of Juba, was shut down by the government, and Ochan Davis Nicholas was taken into custody by government troops after broadcasting reports on the clashes between government and opposition forces.
